We revolutionized the process of producing copper bar by use of specialty rolling mills. Rolled Bar is produced at our Eminence Kentucky, which is the largest domestic facilities dedicated exclusively to the production of Copper bar. As a fully integrated producer, Hussey manufacturers its products from melting and casting its copper to providing the finished product or component part. Hussey is ISO certified and produces to ASTM standards. Our capabilities include:

• Rolled Bar: Thicknesses ranging from .050" to .625" and widths ranging from .250" to 12.00" wide. Lengths are available up to 420" long or in coils.

• Sawed Edge Bar: Thicknesses ranging from .500" to 4” and widths ranging from 1.75"  to 18".

• Flat wire: Thicknesses ranging from .040" to .435" and widths from .250" to .625" inches wide. Cut Lengths are available from 48” long to 162” long or traverse wound or pancake coils.

• Silver Flash Bar: Cut to Length Bar in all sizes

• Silver Flash Bar in Coil: Sizes ranging from .062" thick to.250" thick. Widths ranging from .500" to 2.00"

• Electro Tin Plate: Bar in all sizes

The Eminence Kentucky facility is the only domestic mill to offer rolled bar with a finished edge up to 12" wide. Because of our advanced method of manufacturing, Hussey can offer standard and customized sizes to fit your engineering needs, many times with out expensive die charges.
