Effective with shipments on August 1, 2010, a Copper Metal surcharge will be added to all invoices, which will be 2% of the previous month’s COMEX average less one dollar. The Charge will be calculated as follows:

COMEX average for the month of July 2010 was $3.0290 - $1.00 (Base) = 2.0290 x 2% = $.0406/lb August 2010 surcharge.
