Effective with shipments on May 1, 2008, a Copper Metal surcharge will be added to all invoices, which will be 2% of the previous month’s COMEX average less one dollar. The Charge will be calculated as follows:

COMEX average for the month of April 2008 was $3.9343 - $1.00 (Base) = 2.9343 x 2% = $.0587/lb May 2008 surcharge.
