Effective with shipments on January 1, 2012, a Copper Metal surcharge will be added to all invoices, which will be 2% of the previous month’s COMEX average less one dollar. The Charge will be calculated as follows:

COMEX average for the month of December 2011 was $3.4388 - $1.00 (Base) = 2.4388 x 2% = $.0488/lb January 2012 surcharge.
